Lisa Ishii to Oversee all JHM Service Lines

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that Lisa Ishii will now be overseeing all JHM service lines. Lisa has already been doing outstanding work in this area, which is crucial as we work to expand and transform our clinical operations in the coming months and years. This position expands her present role of SVP of Operations for JHHS.

Lisa will succeed Ted DeWeese, who has is now Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs and President of the Clinical Practice Association for the School of Medicine.

We want to thank Ted for his excellent leadership of the JHM service line effort. He oversaw the creation of a structure and governance process for the service lines, helping to provide better, more cohesive services for patients.

Lisa is an outstanding leader and brings a great deal of expertise and experience to this role, including her work directing several clinical communities that support service lines.

Lisa will continue to work with Sue Phelps to reach our goal of coordinating and streamlining our clinical system to enhance the care continuum in patient-centric ways.

All of you have shown great leadership in developing our service lines, and while much remains to be done, we also want to celebrate what you have already accomplished.
