myPerformance Goal Setting and Annual Review for Fiscal Year 2017 To Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation and Johns Hopkins Medicine International managers, directors and administrators Dear Colleagues, With each fiscal year, health care faces new challenges in patient experience and patient safety expectations, as well as in regulatory and finance matters. As we begin the 2017 fiscal year on July 1, it is time for us to review how well we've done in the past year and consider what we need to do in the coming year. This evaluation process is the next step in the electronic performance management system, called myPerformance. For some health system employees, this will be the first time doing the annual review in myPerformance, and they will begin the process by setting goals. It will be the second time that employees of The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Johns Hopkins HealthCare and Johns Hopkins Home Care Group will do an annual review. Attached is a Quick Start Guide for conducting the annual review for this past year and setting goals for the 2017 fiscal year.
