LiNa Goins Named Director of Compensation

Dear Colleagues,

We are very pleased to announce that LiNa Goins has filled the position of Director of Compensation for The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Health System. LiNa will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Compensation Team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Health System. 

LiNa joins us with an impressive 28 years of HR leadership experience with a concentration in the field of compensation. Li Na joins us from Acentia where she was the Senior Director of Human Resources.  There she managed compensation, benefits and HR systems, aligning HR services with strategic and operational business objectives. 

A certified compensation professional, LiNa earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration/computer science from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She also holds a master's degree in human resources management from New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, New York. 

With such an extensive background in human resources compensation, LiNa brings a wealth of talent and experience to her new position. We are confident that she is ideally qualified to provide outstanding leadership and partnership while continuing to develop the strategic direction for the JHHS compensation programs. 

Although LiNa may be new to many of us, she is no stranger to Johns Hopkins. She was previously a part of our HR department as the compensation manager. Please join me in welcoming LiNa back to the Hopkins Family.
