Changes at Johns Hopkins Medicine International Dear Colleagues, It is with our best wishes that we say goodbye to Chris Grant, vice president of patient services at Johns Hopkins Medicine International, who has decided to leave our organization to pursue other career opportunities, effective July 6. I want to sincerely acknowledge how far Chris and his team have taken patient services over the last year to position our organization for the future. Most notably, they:
As we begin our search for the next vice president, I am pleased to announce that Kathy DeRuggiero, a 32-year Johns Hopkins nursing veteran and leader, will serve as interim vice president of patient services. Kathy's leadership skills, extensive institutional relationships and knowledge of Johns Hopkins operations will serve us incredibly well. In addition, Johns Hopkins Medicine International's senior leaders, including Mohan Chellappa, executive vice president; Vinh Nguyen, chief financial officer; Christine Shipley, director of human resources; and Lindsay Rothstein, director of marketing and communications, will support Kathy as a patient services transition team to continue our momentum forward. We are all deeply committed to ensuring a seamless transition and the same high level of concierge and clinical service that patients around the world have come to expect and demand when they entrust us with their health care needs. Sincerely, Pamela D. Paulk |
