Vice President of Human Resources for The Johns Hopkins Hospital Dear Colleagues, We are very pleased and excited to announce that Bonnie Windsor was approved by The Johns Hopkins Hospital's board of trustees as vice president of human resources for The Johns Hopkins Hospital, effective July 1, 2013. Bonnie is an accomplished manager and has established an impressive record of leadership at Johns Hopkins. She will bring valuable experience, energy and creativity to this position. We look forward to what Human Resources at The Johns Hopkins Hospital will achieve under her leadership. Bonnie is well-known, having been part of the Johns Hopkins family since 1977. She began as a PICU nurse and turned to Human Resources in 1994. Bonnie has done a remarkable job and has assumed increased responsibilities, including oversight of Career Services, Intrastaff and the Johns Hopkins Human Resources Group. Bonnie will continue to lead Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Training for The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Bonnie will remain senior director of human resources for The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation, Johns Hopkins HealthCare, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and Johns Hopkins Medicine International. She will continue to oversee Intrastaff as well. In addition to her work at Johns Hopkins, Bonnie is also quite active in a number of state and local organizations such as the Governor's Workforce Investment Board. She also served as chair of the Susanna Wesley House, a shelter for homeless women and their children.
