Announcing the new President of All Children’s Hospital: Jonathan Ellen

Dear Colleague,
We are pleased to inform you that the All Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees has named Jonathan M. Ellen, M.D. as president of All Children’s Hospital, effective immediately.

Dr. Ellen became interim president of All Children’s Hospital on March 1, 2012 and quickly engaged Board members, senior leaders, employees, physicians and community members in accelerating the pace of All Children’s integration with Johns Hopkins Medicine and in creating new opportunities for collaboration among employees, physicians and the community.

Dr. Ellen’s demonstrated commitment to research and medical education,  as well as his focus on community benefit, continue to be tremendous assets to All Children’s Hospital and to the Johns Hopkins Medicine family. In his new role, Dr. Ellen will sustain the collaborative efforts to leverage the strengths of All Children’s Hospital within the wider Johns Hopkins Medicine community, to maintain and build its research and academic missions, and to continue providing outstanding care for the children of Florida and beyond.
