Welcome Stephanie Reel as 2009 Chair of the JHM United Way Campaign

Dear Colleagues,

In a few weeks we will kick off our 2009 United Way campaign and are pleased to welcome our new campaign chair, Stephanie Reel, vice president of information services for Johns Hopkins Medicine. We look forward to Stephanie’s energy, leadership and exceptional fundraising skills as we aim for another successful year supporting our community and neighbors through the United Way of Central Maryland.

Stephanie is not new to such an important and ambitious initiative. In 2005, as The Johns Hopkins University vice provost for information technologies, she coordinated the university’s campaign, which exceeded its goal.

In these challenging economic times, meeting our goal this year will take the commitment and support of every department in the school of medicine and hospital and health system. Stephanie and her team will be in touch with you to share what you can do to help us achieve another remarkable year.
