June 7, 2005 Dear Colleagues: Paulette Hynson, Assistant Director in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Human Resources divisional office, has announced her decision to retire. Instead of leaving the institution entirely, I am delighted to announce that she has agreed to remain in a part-time position providing employee relations services to the School of Medicine. Ms. Hynson joined the Johns Hopkins Hospital 33 years ago and has been with the School of Medicine Human Resources office since it was established in the fall of 1983. She has served the university in various roles, including Employment Specialist, Employment Manager and Assistant Director. The School of Medicine Deans Office and I are saddened to see her move on yet appreciate the years of dedicated loyalty and service to Hopkins. This transition will occur later this summer. Please join us in congratulating and thanking Paulette as she moves in a new direction. Sincerely, Gloria J. Bryan |
