Get ready to Make Your Mark Again! Your feedback is essential as Johns Hopkins Medicine strives for continuous growth and improvement as an employer and health care provider. Please do your part to help make this year's Employee Satisfaction Survey successful by reserving a few moments to answer the survey. This year we are offering you the convenience of an online survey. Or, you can choose to take the paper method at designated worksite locations. All surveys, regardless if taken on site or online, should be completed between April 4-15, 2005.

Please be aware that on the morning of April 4, you will receive an e-mail invitation from our survey vendor HR Solutions, Inc. Project Manager, Sarah Kaiser [SarahK@HRSOLUTIONSINC.com], with information and instructions to follow for the online version. This e-mail is genuine and should not be deleted. However, if you are planning to take the paper survey instead of the online version, you do not need to respond or act on this e-mail.

The time and effort you take to complete this confidential and anonymous survey are very valuable. With a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings, we can put into practice some of the changes that you think are needed in your workplace area and throughout the organization. Your feedback will be instrumental in helping create a more pleasant work environment for you and a desirable place for our patients to seek care.
