October 26, 2004 Dear Faculty and Staff: The 2005 edition of the Johns Hopkins Institutions printed faculty and staff telephone directory will be published soon. We need your help now to ensure that the directory is as accurate as possible. You may review and, if necessary, update or correct your personal listing at the Printed Directory Manager web site. Log on at http://PrintedDirectory.johnshopkins.edu Use your Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory (JHED) log in ID and password. Then edit any incorrect information in the database and delete the information you would not like to have appear in the printed directory. The deadline to review and, if necessary, make changes to your individual listing is November 24. After that date, the Printed Directory Manager will be temporarily closed while publication of the 2005 printed directory is under way. Affiliates who are not currently in JHED, but who need to appear in the printed directory, should request the administrator of the department with which they are associated to add their records into JHED. The new listings in JHED will be downloaded to the Printed Directory Manager. Please note: Editing your information in the Printed Directory Manager will NOT update your information in other Johns Hopkins computer systems, such as the Payroll and Human Resources systems. Please contact your departmental administrator if you need to update information in those systems. Also, editing your information in the Printed Directory Manager will NOT update your listing in the JHED online directory. To edit that information, log into http://jhed.johnshopkins.edu and click on "Change MyInfo."
