Thank You for Making Your Mark

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to thank all employees of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Health System/The Johns Hopkins Hospital who "Made Your Mark" and completed the Employee Satisfaction Survey 2003. We are pleased that so many of you took the time to provide important feedback. We are committed to using the survey results to make our workplaces even better.

The next step in the survey process is to review the results and then hold follow up sessions within departments. These sessions will begin in April and will allow for further discussion of the survey results. Employees can expect to receive a final survey results report in late spring.

Your contributions are key to the success of our organizations. We appreciate your participation and look forward to receiving additional input next month.
