Details | The Johns Hopkins Hospital needs your cooperation to alleviate the increasingly congested state of the Orleans parking garage as a result of staff pulling tickets to park in this garage. While we realize that proximity to your work is desirable, we must ask that you also consider the needs of our patients. This practice has continually inflated the transient volumes in the Orleans Garage to the point that patients cannot find parking in a reasonable amount of time; it also pushes the volumes to thresholds that force us to close the garage and redirect them.
In an effort to help alleviate the situation in the Orleans Garage, staff are strongly urged to sign up for assigned permit parking, or to park as transients in the Washington, McElderry or Caroline garages. There is ample pre-taxed permit parking available on campus at both the Ashland and Church garages. More information on these two garages is available online at insidehopkinsmedicine.org/security_parking/parking/locations. For questions about signing up for available on-campus parking, please call the Parking Office at 410-955-5333. The Parking Office is located with the ID Office in Harvey 108, and is open M-F, 8am-4pm. |
