Johns Hopkins Medicine is committed to supporting and investing in the neighborhoods and communities we serve. Across JHM, both as organizations and individuals, we have formed valuable partnerships with local schools, churches and nonprofit organizations—and volunteered countless hours. We are involved in revitalization programs and community development initiatives, and we support community efforts to lower crime and improve educational opportunities.

Through your experiences, many of you may have ideas for Johns Hopkins Medicine's community involvement projects. Your feedback and suggestions are important to helping us become even better neighbors in our communities.

A new online suggestion box is now available to make it even easier for you to submit observations and/or questions about our current community engagement efforts, as well as ideas about ways in which we can increase involvement in the communities we serve.

Feedback and suggestions made through the suggestion box are completely anonymous. However, if you would like a personal response, please include your contact information.

Submitting a suggestion is easy. Visit https://www.suggestionox.com/r/jhmsuggestionbox and type in your question or suggestion. Click on Submit Feedback. A pop-up box will appear, indicating that the email has been sent anonymously.

All submissions to the suggestion box will be reviewed, and we plan to publish a quarterly summary of those ideas that have potential for implementation. Watch for the summary in the Inside Hopkins daily email and other internal communications.

Community engagement is ingrained in the DNA of Johns Hopkins Medicine. We encourage you to use the suggestion box whenever you have a question or idea to submit. Your input will ensure that we continue to make meaningful contributions and have a positive impact in our communities.
